ROVR — Acceptable Use Policy

Effective Date: March 26, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your conduct when using the ROVR mobile application ("App" or "ROVR"), operated by Peach Family Brands ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This AUP is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service.

ROVR exists to bring automotive enthusiasts together in a safe, respectful, and legal community. Every user plays a role in maintaining this environment. By using ROVR, you agree to abide by this policy. Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.

1. Safe Driving Conduct

The safety of our community is our highest priority. The following driving-related behaviors are strictly prohibited when participating in any ROVR drive, route, or event:

1.1 Reckless or Illegal Driving. Any driving that violates applicable traffic laws, endangers yourself or others, or demonstrates willful disregard for safety. This includes but is not limited to running red lights, ignoring stop signs, excessive speeding, aggressive lane changes, tailgating, and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
1.2 Using the App While Driving. Interacting with the ROVR app in any way while operating a moving vehicle. This includes viewing the screen, typing messages, adjusting settings, managing voice chat, or any other interaction. All app interaction must be performed by a passenger or while the vehicle is safely parked and the engine is disengaged from driving. The driver's sole responsibility is operating the vehicle safely.
1.3 Street Racing or Speed Competitions. Using ROVR to organize, promote, facilitate, or participate in any form of street racing, speed competition, time trial on public roads, drag racing, or any other competitive driving activity on public roads. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the activity is organized through the App or merely involves ROVR users.
1.4 Dangerous Route Creation. Creating or sharing routes that are intentionally dangerous, include illegal activities (such as trespassing on private property), traverse roads closed to public traffic, or are designed to encourage unsafe driving behavior.
1.5 Driving Beyond Your Ability. Operating your vehicle beyond your personal skill level, experience, or comfort zone due to peer pressure, group dynamics, or any other reason. Every driver is responsible for their own safe operation.
Remember: ROVR is a social platform for enjoying driving together responsibly. It is never a substitute for good judgment behind the wheel. If a drive feels unsafe, slow down, pull over, or leave the drive entirely. Your safety always comes first.

2. Community Conduct

ROVR is a community built on mutual respect. The following behaviors are prohibited in all interactions on the platform, including posts, messages, voice chat, club activities, events, and profile content:

2.1 Harassment and Bullying

You may not engage in harassment, bullying, intimidation, or targeted abuse of any user. This includes, but is not limited to:

2.2 Hate Speech and Discrimination

You may not post, share, or communicate content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. This applies to text, images, voice chat, usernames, club names, and all other content on the platform.

2.3 Impersonation

You may not impersonate any person, organization, brand, or entity, or falsely claim an affiliation that does not exist. This includes creating misleading profiles, using another person's photos without permission, or representing yourself as a ROVR employee or representative when you are not.

2.4 Location Sharing Without Consent

You may not share, disclose, or broadcast the real-time or historical location of another ROVR user to any person or platform without that user's explicit, informed consent. This includes sharing screenshots of drive maps that reveal other participants' locations, posting location data from drives in public forums, or otherwise disclosing another user's whereabouts.

3. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are prohibited on ROVR. You may not post, upload, share, or transmit:

3.1 Illegal Content

3.2 Explicit and Harmful Content

3.3 Spam and Commercial Exploitation

3.4 Scams and Fraud

3.5 Misinformation

4. Club Owner Responsibilities

Users who create and manage clubs on ROVR ("Club Owners") bear additional responsibilities:

4.1 Club Conduct

Club Owners are responsible for ensuring that their club's activities, drives, events, and communications comply with these Terms, this AUP, and all applicable laws. While ROVR does not require Club Owners to monitor every interaction, Club Owners are expected to take reasonable steps to address violations within their club when they become aware of them.

4.2 Drive Safety

Club Owners who organize drives must communicate safety expectations to participants, including compliance with traffic laws, respect for other road users, and the right of any participant to leave a drive at any time for any reason without judgment or penalty.

4.3 Club Content

Club Owners are responsible for the content posted within their club, including the club's name, description, imagery, and rules. Clubs that promote illegal activity, hate speech, or unsafe driving will be disbanded and the Club Owner's account may be terminated.

4.4 Reporting

Club Owners are expected to report serious violations of this AUP to ROVR, particularly any activity that endangers user safety or involves illegal conduct.

5. Platform Integrity

To maintain the integrity and security of ROVR, the following are prohibited:

6. Enforcement Actions

ROVR enforces this AUP through a graduated system of consequences. The specific action taken depends on the severity and nature of the violation, the user's history, and other relevant factors. ROVR reserves the right to take any enforcement action at any time, without following the graduated scale, when we determine that the severity of a violation warrants immediate action.

Level Action Examples
Warning Written notice via the App. Content may be removed. No account restriction. Minor community conduct issues, first-time low-severity content violations, borderline spam.
Temporary Suspension Account suspended for 7 to 30 days. Access to the App is restricted during this period. Repeated minor violations after warnings, moderate harassment, organizing or promoting unsafe drives, significant spam campaigns.
Permanent Ban Account permanently terminated. User is prohibited from creating new accounts. Severe harassment or threats, organizing street racing, posting illegal or exploitative content, fraud, repeated violations after suspensions, any activity that poses a serious danger to user safety.
Immediate permanent bans will be issued without prior warning for: content depicting child exploitation, credible threats of violence, organizing street racing on public roads, fraud targeting ROVR users, and any activity that creates an immediate danger to user safety.

7. Reporting Violations

Maintaining a safe and respectful community is a shared responsibility. If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Acceptable Use Policy, we encourage you to report it promptly.

7.1 How to Report

7.2 What Happens After a Report

All reports are reviewed by our team. We will take appropriate action based on our assessment of the situation. For privacy and safety reasons, we generally do not disclose the specific actions taken against another user's account to the reporting party. However, we take every report seriously and will act on confirmed violations.

7.3 False Reports

Submitting false, misleading, or malicious reports is itself a violation of this AUP. Users who abuse the reporting system to harass others or waste moderation resources may face enforcement action.

7.4 Emergency Situations

If you witness or are involved in an emergency situation during a ROVR drive or event, contact local emergency services (911 in the United States) immediately. ROVR's reporting system is not an emergency service and should not be used to report situations requiring immediate assistance from law enforcement, fire, or medical services.

8. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was taken against your account in error, you may submit an appeal by emailing cal@peachfamilybrands.com with the subject line "Enforcement Appeal." Include your username, the action taken, and a clear explanation of why you believe the action was incorrect. Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. Our decision on appeal is final.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or platform features. When we make material changes, we will notify users through the App or via email. Your continued use of ROVR after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this AUP periodically.
